Part of a Story

Hey all! Just posting a paragraph of a story I have been working on. Comment on it please!

Kessa’s soon-to-be counselor Mr. Sorenson was looking at her chart. The Middle school entry was strange, but even stranger than that was that there was no Elementary school entry. Mr. Sorenson looked everywhere around the world to find out what Elementary school Kessa had attended, and didn’t find anything. He even considered the possibility that Kessa had been home schooled, but he didn’t find any information on that either. No birth certificates were discovered too. According to the world, Kessa Bylake didn’t exist until she enrolled at Stevensberry Middle School at the age of twelve.

More About Ian.....

Here's a little more about Ian, one of the main characters in my chapter book.

My name is Ian Day, I’m 15 years old, and I live in Kearns, Utah. My mom works practically all day, and my dad is living in London right now for business. I am pretty much in charge of my three-year old brother, Rucker.

New Story #2

Hello everyone! Do you remember that new story I posted about a little bit ago? Well here is part of what I have written so far, I hope you like it, and I would be overjoyed if you posted ideas or comments about it! Here it is:

When I finally finished getting ready for school it was 7:40, school started in 10 minutes. I hurried out the door, it was a warm fall day; my P.E. teacher will probably make us run around the track ten times to take advantage of the good weather. I heard the bushes rustle behind me, which was odd because there was no wind, I quickly turned around but there was nothing there. I sighed, then turned back around and kept walking to school.

I ran into the classroom right as the bell rang. My homeroom teacher, Ms. O’Hara had just started calling roll. “Ian Day,” she said.

“Here,” I replied, Ms. O’Hara rolled her eyes when she realized I was present. Ms. O’Hara is the worst of my teachers; I don’t know why she doesn’t like me. Maybe it’s because last term I tried to convince her that my dog ate my homework (I don’t even have a dog) or maybe she’s still mad at me because in 7th grade I called her ancient. Then again, none of my teachers like me, Ms. O’Hara just hates me.
